Payment reference requirements
All payments must include:
- the VH registration (last three alphanumeric characters only), and
- the pilot’s surname
This is essential for accurate reconciliation.
Fees (per Horsham Week Gliding Competition Local Rules 2027):
- Competition Entry: $200 per glider
- Aerotow Tickets: $80 each
- Facility Fee: $100 per pilot (levied only on pilots flying; in two-seaters both pilots are liable)
- Camping: $25 per site per night
- Bunkroom accommodation: $30 per bed per night
The Competition Entry and aerotow tickets are to be paid before the commencement of the competition. The Horsham Flying Club fees are also paid into the Competition Bank Account and are due no later than the final day, although advance payment is encouraged.
